As a part of the application for rezoning, Orange <br /> County requires that applicants obtain letters from agencies stating that the property can be served by public <br /> utilities and services. Those letters will be provided for reference at the Joint Public Hearing scheduled for <br /> May 31, 1995. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> The Carrboro and Orange County planning staffs recommend approval of the proposed rezoning provided <br /> that the Board of Aldermen and the Board of County Commissioners find that the proposal is consistent with <br /> the provisions of the Joint Planning Area Land Use Plan. <br /> The Administration recommends approval of the attached resolution approving the rezoning. <br /> 5 <br />
