Now that both boards have adopted the. resolution, and in accordance <br />with Chapter 115D-12 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, we invite the Orange County Board of <br />Commissioners to appoint two members to the DTCC Board of Trustees for four-year terms beginning <br />July 1, 2007. According to Chapter 115D-12, no more than one trustee may be a member of a board of <br />county commissioners. <br />Please submit the names, addresses and biographical information for your appointees to Dr. Wynn, and he <br />will ensure that they receive appropriate background information and meeting schedule. <br />We look forward to a closer working relationship with the commissioners and residents of Orange <br />County. <br />Sincerely, <br />1` - <br />Phan.
