2/ <br /> Both of these programs would be operated on a contractual basis <br /> and funded solely by partnership monies. The state has approved <br /> the application for program implementation. Funds are available <br /> for the initial three month cycle of April 1, 1995 through June <br /> 30, 1995 in the amount of $45,486. Subsequent funding in the <br /> amount of $181,841 is expected for the period of July 1, 1995 <br /> through June 30, 1996. A contract with the N.C. Department of <br /> Correction for program implementation is attached. <br /> RECOMMNDATION(S) : The Manager recommends that the Board accept <br /> the grant award and authorize the Chair to sign the contract <br /> subject to final review by the County Attorney and staff. <br />
