�2 <br /> NORTH CAROLINA <br /> COUNTY OF ORANGE <br /> EXERCISE OF LEASE OPTION <br /> Under the terms of a lease dated June 1, 1990,between Central Telephone Company-NC and the County of Orange, <br /> pursuant to Section 3.2 of attached lease(exhibit A),the County chooses to exercise the lease option for the leased <br /> premises located at 132 East King Street,Hillsborough,North Carolina;said option to commence on June 1, 1995 and <br /> shall end on May 31,2000. <br /> Section 4.1 is modified to read as follows: <br /> Lessee shall pay to Lessor as rental for the Premises the sum of eighteen thousand three hundred seventy five dollars <br /> (S18,375)per year,payable in equal monthly installments of one thousand five hundred thirty one dollars and twenty- <br /> five cents($1531.25),in advance on the first day of each month of the base term and any renewals thereof. <br /> All other terms and conditions of lease shall remain the same. <br /> The parties hereto have executed this Lease Option as of the date and year first above written. <br /> LESSOR: <br /> Central Telephone Company-NC <br /> WITNESS: <br /> BY: • �`�` <br /> ¢/i <br /> TITLE: Vice President—Operations <br /> LESSEE: <br /> ATTEST: COUNTY OF ORANGE <br /> BY: <br /> Clerk,Orange County Moses Carey,Jr.,Chair <br /> Board of Commissioners Board of Commissioners <br /> This agreed to the day of , 1995. <br />
