the Pennies Tool in eighteen (18) venues in Northern, Central and Southern Orange <br />County. <br />The HRC, with staff, held three (3) public listening sessions - one in the <br />northern, central and southern parts of the County (Appendix III). These sessions were <br />publicized in local papers and on the County website.
