Tier two usage amounts are multiplied by 25%, and tier <br />three usage is multiplied by 10%. <br />Nineteen tier one respondents reported they would use a facility 169 hours per week, <br />nineteen tier two respondents reported they would use a facility 192 hours per week, and <br />seven tier three respondents reported they would use it 103 hours per week.
