is <br />MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS <br />Annual Membership Meeting: The annual meeting of the members of the farmers' market shall <br />be held at a time a place designated by the Governing board. The meeting shall be held in the <br />first quarter of the calendar year. This annual meeting shall be for the purpose of making <br />recommendations to the governing board regarding market procedures, recommending policy <br />changes to the governing board, hearing reports of the past year, and caring for special items of <br />business as necessary. <br />Regular and Special Meetings: The Governing board shall establish a schedule of regular <br />meetings of members. It shall have the authority to select the time and place of such meetings. <br />Notice of Meetings: Notice of every annual, regular, or special meeting of members shall be <br />prepared and mailed at least 10 days and not more than 30 days prior to the date of the meeting <br />to the last known post office address of each member. Such notice will state the object or objects <br />thereof and the time and place of the meeting.
