ID <br />Any individual who is actively engaged in the production of the farm products he/she sells, who <br />is the original producer of all such farm products, and who meets the qualifications for <br />membership may become an active member upon application, acceptance by the Governing <br />board, and payment of dues. The Governing board shall have the power at any time to determine <br />who is eligible for active membership and to set a limit on the number of active members <br />according to the size and number of selling locations. <br />Active farm units are eligible to reserve a parking space for the season if available. <br />Reservations may be required to sell at any market where space is limited as determined by the <br />Governing board. This requirement may be changed by a majority vote of the Committee. <br />Reservations are made per farm unit. The procedure for reservations will be determined by the <br />Governing board. <br />Active members must allow their farms to be inspected by the Governing board whenever such <br />an inspection is requested. <br />Dues: Annual dues are set by the Governing board. Dues must be paid annually before or on <br />the first market attended by each member. The payment of dues entitles the member to sell at <br />the market for the season. An additional weekly fee as determined by the Governing board will <br />be collected at each market. Dues are paid per farm unit. <br />Acceptance of Members: All applicants for active memberships shall file with the Secretary a <br />written application in such form as the Governing board shall determine. All applications for <br />membership shall be presented promptly for consideration and investigation to the Governing <br />board.
