4b <br />for the Upper Eno Protected Watershed District as specified in Section 6.23.3(c)l <br />of the Orange County Zoning Ordinance (the "Zoning Ordinance"). <br />c) Except as specifically set forth herein, Petitioner, in the development of the <br />Property, must comply with all Zoning Ordinance and Orange County <br />Subdivision Regulations ("the Subdivision Regulations") in effect at the time <br />Petitioner submits a development application deemed complete as prescribed in <br />the Zoning Ordinance and the Subdivision Regulations. <br />WHEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, by and with the <br />consent of the parties: <br />For purposes of development, the allowable residential density of the Property shall be <br />limited to seventeen (17) lots. <br />2. For purposes of development, the impervious surface ]units of the Property shall be <br />twelve percent (12%) in accordance with the impervious surface requirements for the Upper Eno <br />Protected Watershed District as specified in Section 6.23.3(c)l of the Zoning Ordinance. <br />3. Except as specifically set forth herein, Petitioner, in the development of the Property, <br />must comply with all Zoning Ordinance and Orange County Subdivision Regulations ("the <br />Subdivision Regulations") in effect at the time Petitioner submits a development application <br />deemed complete as prescribed in the Zoning Ordinance and the Subdivision Regulations: <br />4.
