Gen. Stat. § 153A-345, of the July 25, 2006 decision of the <br />Orange County Board of Adjustment ("the Board"); and (2) a reversal of the Board's decision to <br />uphold the Planning Director's decision that the 35 acre tract of land owned by Petitioner that is <br />located at the northwest corner of the southern most intersection of Dimmocks Mill Road and <br />Moorefields Road, in Orange County, North. Carolina (the "Property") is located within the <br />Upper Eno Critical Area Watershed District. <br />2. The parties, having agreed that all matters and things in controversy are settled according <br />to the terms hereinafter recited, consent to the following: <br />a) For purposes of development, the allowable residential density of the Property <br />shall be limited to seventeen (17) lots. <br />b) For purposes of development, the impervious surface limits of the Property shall <br />be twelve percent (12%) in accordance with the impervious surface requirements
