Reviewed <br />Abstract. <br />Jay Bryan: Please show Moorefield on the map. <br />Eddie Kirk: It is not on that map. Reviewed map. Most of the property is wooded. <br />Jay Bryan: On page 54, regarding the landscaping, in terms of the guarantee to secure required landscape <br />preservation. Has that been identified? <br />Eddie Kirk: The only area that there is required planting is the buffer along Moorefield in that open space. The rest is <br />wooded. <br />Jay Bryan: There is a stream and that does not appear on the plan for dedication or walking trail. <br />Eddie Kirk: We are recommending, as the ordinance requires a private recreation area. <br />Jay Bryan: They would be for this development, not the public? <br />Eddie Kirk: Yes. <br />Sam Lasris: At the December meeting, there was question about the soil quality, has that been resolved? <br />Eddie Kirk: On page 66, there is a report from Environmental Health. <br />Sam Lasris: There would be suitable space for repair?
