Sub-section 6.18 -- Telecommunications Towers and Equipment, <br />2. Sub-section 8.4.1b) --Annual Telecommunications Projection Meeting, <br />3. Sub-section 8.8.17a -- Telecommunications Towers, and <br />4. Article 22 -- Definitions. <br />b. Planned Development: Amendments to articles 7.2.4 (Imposed Conditions), 7.2.5 <br />(Special Use Required for Each Planned Development), Section 7.5.4 (Zoning <br />Officer's Recommendations), and Section 7.5.5 (Actions by Planning Board; Board of <br />County Commissioners) to address inconsistencies between existing ordinance <br />requirements and North Carolina General Statutes (NCGS), specifically the <br />requirement that imposed conditions be mutually agreed upon by the County and the <br />petitioner. <br />B. NON-PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS <br />1. Recommendations Regarding Water Conservation Priorities and Initiatives: A <br />working group from the Towns of Chapel Hill and Carrboro, Orange County and OWASA <br />has prepared a multi-paged report with a series of draft recommendations to the <br />governing/policy boards of Chapel Hill, Carrboro, Orange County and OWASA regarding <br />near term and long term actions and priorities. The recommendations complement the <br />staff recommendations of the "Orange Turning Green" report previously submitted the <br />BOCC. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: Other than advertising costs, which are included in the FY 2007-08 <br />Budget, there are no direct financial impacts associated with the approval of this item. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Administration recommends approval of the proposed February <br />25, 2008 Quarterly Public Hearing legal advertisement.
