2 <br />Proposed Implementation Schedule <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: County management will negotiate a scope of work and budget following <br />initial discussions between Olver, Inc. and the BOCC. Funds for the transfer station siting <br />project will be provided from the Solid Waste Enterprise Fund. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board begin the transfer station <br />siting process by conducting discussions with Olver, Inc. regarding establishment of a public <br />process, timeline and search criteria.
