7 <br />c. Land Use Goal 3: A variety of land uses that are coordinated within a program <br />and pattern that limits sprawl, preserves community and rural character, minimizes <br />land use conflicts, supported by an efficient and balanced transportation system. <br />4. Staff supports the approval of the Preliminary Plan with the flexible development option <br />as proposed by the applicant. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: Staff has determined the project would not require augmentation of <br />County budgetary outlays to support services and that anticipated revenues from property taxes <br />should supplement increases in cost. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends the Board: <br />1. Receive the Preliminary Plat application and the Planning Board's recommendation for <br />approval; <br />2. Deliberate on the proposal as necessary; and <br />3. Approve the Preliminary Plat, and Resolution of Approval as contained in Attachment 7. <br />
