25 <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: PATRICK MALLETT, PLANNER II, ORANGE COUNTY PLANNING DEPARTMENT <br />FROM: JEFF SCOUTEN, ORANGE COUNTY SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT <br />SUBJECT: PLEASANT GREEN WOODS PHASE IV - PLANS NOT DATED <br />DATE: JULY 18, 2014 <br />I have completed my review of the subject plan and the following comments must be addressed before I <br />can offer my recommendation for approval: <br />• Solid Waste Management Plan — This document must be filled and returned to me for review and <br />approval. A copy of this document will be attached in the e -mail used to transmit these review <br />comments to you that you can send to the applicant. <br />• Plan Sheet C -2 (Flex Development Plan) — Under the OCSW notes please delete Notes 4 and 5 as <br />these are not applicable to this application since solid waste and recycling collection will be <br />curbside containers. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to review this plan and let me know if you have any questions or wish to <br />discuss this matter further. <br />
