15 <br />Orange County Solid Waste Management: <br />1. Solid Waste Management Plan — This document must be filled and returned to me <br />for review and approval. <br />Response: Noted To be provided during construction plan development. <br />2. Plan Sheet C -2 (Flex Development Plan) — Under the OCSW notes please delete <br />Notes 4 and 5 as these are not applicable to this application since solid waste and <br />recycling collection will be curbside containers. <br />Response: Notes 4 and 5 have been deleted <br />Orange County Erosion Control / Stormwater Comments: <br />I. Preliminary plan is acceptable with regards to Erosion Control and Stormwater. <br />However, official permit submittals will be necessary at construction drawing <br />phase with specific designs and supporting calculations. <br />Response: Noted. <br />2. Please also coordinate with us and the Fire Marshal to avoid conflicting <br />requirements for BMPs and Fire Ponds. <br />Response: Applicant will coordinate with Fire Marshall and O. C. Erosion Control. <br />Orange County DEAPR: <br />1. None. <br />Response: Received under separate letter. Coniments noted. <br />
