Proposed house locations were not provided by the property owner or developer <br />as required by 15A NCAC 18A.1900 -.1970 (The Laws and Rules for Sewage <br />Treatment and Disposal Systems). <br />3. The design flow, type system, and pump requirement are subject to change based <br />upon the application and site plan or plat submitted for the Wastewater <br />Construction Authorization. <br />4. The blocked areas on the accompanying plat are the limits of the provisionally <br />suitable soils as evaluated by the Orange County Health Department. <br />
