Expenses are charged as direct pass through costs. No markup is allocated '~°'' <br />except where fees are assigned as a part of payment. W <br />C.~ <br />Fees are based on the description of services provided. RMA shall bill for actual time v <br />spent plus incurred expenses. RMA shall bill on a Time & Materials basis following ~ <br />the fees represented above. Total charges represented in Section II are a good faith ~ <br />estimate of the services to be provided and should not exceed $27,378.00, including <br />expenses, without additional approvals from the client. (Expenses include portal to <br />portal mileage at the government allowable rate, currently $0.485 per mile.) .~ <br />.,.+ <br />U <br />Fees are due as service is provided.
