+a <br />NORTH CAROLINA <br />ORANGE COUNTY . <br />CONSULTANT AGREEMENT <br />AMENDMENT <br />THIS AMENDMENT, is made and entered into as of this the -day of January, <br />2008, by and between Orange County, North Carolina, (hereinafter referred to as <br />"County")and TischlerBise, Inc., (hereinafter referred to as "Consultant"). <br />WHEREAS, the Parties hereto have entered into that certain Consultant <br />Agreement (the "Agreement") regarding the Educational Facilities Impact Fee dated May <br />14, 2007; and <br />WHEREAS, Exhibit B of the Agreement specifies a Consultant Timeline; and <br />WHEREAS, County Staff have caused delays to said Timeline; and <br />WHEREAS, County Staff and the Consultant have generated a revised Timeline <br />to reflect expected progress. <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and <br />considerations hereinafter set forth, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br />A.
