Preparation of a map indicating, for areas outside Hillsborough's <br />new ETJ boundary but v,~ithin the newly defined Future Annexation <br />Boundary, areas called ''Proposed Hillsborough Sen~ices/Fu~hure <br />Annexation Area" in ~~vhich E-lillsborough's municipal land use <br />regulations as they may be jointly agreed upon, should be applied, <br />to two specific interest areas with delegation of authority to the <br />Town of Hillsborough for administering regulations in one area and <br />Grange County, the ot'r~er. <br />d.
