The roof system is installed over transite roof deck at most <br /> locations. The roof system exhibits a number of deficiencies and has exceeded its cost-effective useful <br /> life and is scheduled to be replaced as a part of a planned facility renovation. <br /> Professional Services <br /> In general our services will consist of the following: <br /> A. Design <br /> 1. Meeting with representatives of Orange County to discuss the parameters of the project. <br /> 2. Reviewing documentation regarding the existing roof systems. <br /> 3. Conducting a non-destructive survey for determining the possible presence,and extent,of <br /> moisture within the roof system. <br /> 4. Preparing design documents to include: <br /> Plans, technical specifications, general conditions, and bidding documents.
