The earliest year of discovery <br />receives.l0% penalty plus an additional 10%•for each listing period that has lapsed. All. <br />of their listings for 2006.thru 2003 were received after March 31st (our deadline for <br />listing). So for 2006 they get 10% plus an additional 10% for 2007 since the property was <br />not discovered until after the listing deadline for 2007.
