/.' <br />24. No act or failure to act by the County or the Fire Department shall constitute a waiver <br />of any right or duty granted to the Parties by the terms of this Agreement. Nor shall <br />any act or failure to act constitute any approval except as specifically agreed to in <br />writing. <br />25. In order to fully comply with the terms of this Agreement Fire Department shall have <br />a grace period commencing on the date of signature, and for the duration as stated <br />below before full compliance with the certain sections is mandated. <br />A. Section 5; ninety (90) days. <br />B. Section 9; one hundred eighty (180) days. <br />C. Section 11; ninety (90) days. <br />D. Section 13; thirty (30) days. <br />26.
