Fikes, 245-2490 <br />PURPOSE: To present to the Board of Commissioners the Annual Affordable Housing <br />Performance Report from the Orange County Affordable Housing Advisory Board. <br />BACKGROUND: The Orange County Affordable Housing Advisory Board was created in 2001 <br />as the official advisory body on affordable housing to the Orange County Board of <br />Commissioners. One of the activities of this Board is to provide information regarding the <br />affordable housing accomplishments in the County. Artie Franklin, Chair, will present the <br />Annual Performance Report for 2007. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no financial impact. <br />RECOMMENDATION (S): The Manager recommends that the Board receive the presentation <br />of the Affordable Housing Performance Report as information. <br />
