Other Uses <br />categories that are deemed necessary to support, or provide ancillary amenities to, the <br />development of the District. <br />SECTION 2-2-3 DEVELOPMENT AREAS -DISTRICT III: <br />District III is located within the southwestern portion of the property, along West Ten Road, and <br />is intended to support a regional commercial developments as well as mixed-use development in <br />an effort to expand on the main street theme established within District II. <br />The breakdown of development permitted within this district shall be as follows: <br />1.
