Parker suggested addition April 29, 2008) <br />SECTION 2-2-1 DEVELOPMENT AREAS -DISTRICT I: <br />District I is located within the northeastern portion of the property and is intended to support the <br />development of large destination retail uses. <br />The breakdown of development permitted within this district is as follows: <br />1. Agricultural, Forestry and Fishing <br />b. Manufacturing, Assembly, and Processing <br />c. Retail Trade, and <br />d. Services excluding Motels and Hotels, <br />These two (2) multi-tenant buildings shall be limited to a total of twenty-five thousand <br />(25,000) square feet floor of building footprint. <br />Development of any and all Land Uses within District I shall be limited to a total of one <br />hundred eighty five thousand (185,000) square feet of building footprint including any and all <br />accessory structures deemed by the County as necessary to support the proposed operation not to <br />include those uses listed within the: <br />1. Transportation, Communications, and Utilities and <br />2.
