The design and intent of this project is to be maintained as originally approved; and'will <br />survive re- leasing of spaces'or buildings, sale of out parcels or buildings and on renewal <br />of land leases. <br />The maintenance of the project and the parcels owned by the developer and those owned <br />by other tenants or developers will be maintained in a comprehensive, uniform manner, <br />under the same guidelines of uniformity and design, as approved at the projects inception. <br /> <br />44 <br />
