District II _ C <br />Development of District II will require the extension of the ten inch (10") gravity <br />line from the Gravely Hill pump station to the east side of the property. <br />Sewer easements shall be obtained and this will be a public line. <br />Upgrade to the current GE pump station, north of I 40/85 and off of Industrial <br />Drive, will most likely be required to accept this additional flow. <br />District ~II <br />Development of District III will require the extension of a force main from the <br />intersection of West Ten and Buckhorn Road to the new Regional Pump Station, <br />and require an upgrade to the Gravely Hill Station.. <br />The developer shall absorb costs associated with the improvement of all utility <br />systems in accordance with established County and City of Mebane policies. <br />Additional improvements ~ may be required upon the submission .and review of <br />comprehensive utility management plans by Orange County and the City of Mebane. <br />Utilities shall be stubbed out to adjacent properties. <br /> <br /> <br />40 <br />
