Solar panels shall be allowed to be installed along roof tops, including raised <br />panels to allow for tracking of the suns rays, so long as: <br />i. The panels do not create sufficient glare to create a public safety hazard, and \. <br />ii. The panels are screened from view at street level, <br />The installation of these devises shall be reviewed and approved by the Orange <br />County Planning Department on a case-by-case basis. <br />d. Slopped standing seam metal roofs shall be permitted to long as they are designed <br />to blend in with the architecture of the building and the district, <br />e.
