<br />2. WATER EFFICIENCY: <br />a. The developer is restricted from using potable, municipal water, for irrigation <br />purposes. As a result, the developer shall utilize captured rainwater, e~water <br />treated. and conveyed by a public agency specifically, or water from improved <br />well sites (J Parker April 29, 2008) -for non-potable uses for irrigation of <br />landscaped area within the development, <br />b. As outlined within the Landscaping and Buffer standards, the developer shall only <br />install landscaping that does not require permanent irrigation systems and are <br />considered to be draught tolerant in accordance with County regulations, <br />c. Through lease agreements, covenants, and other similar deed restrictions the <br />developer shall require that all tenants install acid utilize low flow water fixtures <br />(i.e. toilets, sinks, shower heads, etc.) as part of the development. <br />3. INDO(.IR ENVIRONIVIETNAL, QUALITY: <br />Through lease agreements, covenants, acid other similar deed restrictions the developer <br />shall require that: <br />i. Smoking be prohibited within a building or that there be designated <br />smoking areas within a structure. If smoking areas are designated within a <br />building, they shall be so located to effectively contain, capture, and <br />remove ETS from the building, <br />ii. That external smoking areas shall be a minimum of fifty (50) feet away <br />from entries, outdoor air intakes and operable windows. <br /> <br />20 <br />
