Orange County <br />The Affordable Housing Advisory Board has met with the Board of County Commissioners <br />twice this year to discuss affordable housing issues and concerns. Specifically, those <br />conversations have centered on the following. <br />• The challenges of the Community Home Trust (CHT) with HVAC systems at <br />Greenbridge as well as its general challenges with selling its inventory in the current <br />housing market. The Advisory Board plans to engage in conversation with CHT <br />personnel to better understand its inventory challenges and its marketing strategies. <br />
