Mixed Use is the overall development strategy for
this project, which will promote a variety of opportunities for local
businesses. This certainly eQUld include a farmers' market and a venue for
local artists and crafts people to sell their works, if area farmers and artists
wish to pursue such ventures. Traffic from the development will increase
the traffic on Buckhorn Road, but the improvements to the offsite roadways
will be in accordance with the required Traffic Impact Analysis and will
improve the capacity of Buckhorn Road. This will create a level of service
superior to what is now experienced on Buckhorn Road during peak usage
times.
March 19, 2008

~\
