Should additional right-of-way be required the <br />property will be purchased based on fair markefi value. It is too early to <br />determine if additional right of way will be needed. <br />The specific roadway area in front of the BP Station was recently widened <br />and improved in conjunction with the 1-8511-40 widening in the mid 1990's. It <br />is doubtful that additional right-of-way will be required in this location, <br />although roadway improvements will occur. Based on previous experience <br />these improvements will necessitate a change to the access to the BP <br />Station. Potentially prohibiting left turns "rnto the station by southbound <br />motorists.
