Vehicular Access to the Site and Traffic Conditions Around the Site <br />4. Other Use Specific Standards .are set forth in Section 8.8 <br />-- Special Uses 8.2.4 a-d <br />Geof Gledhill asked if Tracy Parrott confirmed that he was sworn. Mr. Parrott confirmed fhat he <br />had been sworn in. <br />i ~IThe Buckhorn Village PD-ED, has proposed and as shown on the following slides <br />1. A Phased Utility Plan to Water and Waste Water Services through the Town of Mebane. <br />Solid Waste will be handled through Orange County and the Solid Waste Ordinance. <br />2. Fire or Rescue Station SITE may be located w/ in the Development and Police /Sheriff <br />Patrols to be Coordinated Through the Town of Mebane and Orange County. <br />3. A Phased Traffic Improvement Plan to follow Recommendations of a Final DOT <br />Approved Traffic Impact Analysis by Arcadis. <br />4. Other standards in Section 8.8.23 -Planned Developments defers to the .Requirements <br />of Article 7 -Planned Developments. <br />Mr. Hutchins introduced Bob Miller, who continued with the presentafion. <br />~( <br />Bob (Miller: I have been sworn. I'm a licensed professional engineer in the State of North <br />Carolina and have been an environmental consultant for 23 years, 19 of those years here in <br />North Carolina. I have performed an environmental site assessment on the land in question. <br />The site assessment was performed in accordance with the ASTM Standard E 1527-05, which ~ <br />is the accepted industry standard for performing environmental assessments. <br />
