<br />4. Allowable uses are regulated in accordance with the provisions of the Economic Development
<br />Design Manual, which is Section 6.29.3 of the Ordinance. As detailed within the PD
<br />application, and within the various Public Hearings, the following uses are intended to be ~

<br />1. Residential Dwelling, Multi-family limited to apartments or condominiums within
<br />a free standing building or developed over additional land uses,
<br />2. Agricultural, Forestry and Fishing: Veterinarian services excluding boarding

<br />b. Miscellaneous food preparation (i.e. coffee roasting, confectionary

<br />4. Transportation, Communications, and Utilities:
<br />a. RaiUBus passenger shelter,
<br />b. Surface and structure parking as principal use when associated with a local
<br />or regional transportation goal (i.e. mass transit or park-and-ride lots)
<br />c. Public .utility stations and sub-stations, switchiizg stations, and telephone
<br />exchanges,
<br />d. Water and sanitary sewer pumping stations ~
<br />5. Retail Trade:
<br />a. Restaurants (carry-out and general) when located within a stand alone
<br />building, court or plaza, or an single building with multiple tenants,
<br />b. Retail Trade, sales and rental of durable and convenience goods,
<br />merchandise, ad equipment when located within a stand alone building,
<br />court or plaza, or an single building with multiple tenants.
<br />6. Finance, Insurance, and Real Estate:
<br />a. Banks, savings and loans, and credit unions,
<br />b. Security and commodity brokers and investment off ces,
