i~~ <br />ORANGE COUNTY PL~-~~tNING AND INSPECTIONS DEPARTMENT <br />.AGENCY CONINLENTS FOR: CLASS A SPECIAL USE PERMIT <br />PLANNED DEVELOPMENT REZONING <br />Comments Submitted by: Grant Gale -Solid Waste <br />DATE: <br />APPLICATION NUMBER: <br />Planned Development Name: <br />Location: <br />PAGE/SECTION REFERENCE: COMMENTS: <br />General Comment: The applicant shall comply with the Orange County Regulated <br /> Recyclable Materials Ordinance (RRMO) regardless of <br /> permitting jurisdiction (Chapter 34 Article III of the Orange <br /> County Code of Ordinances) both during construction and after <br /> occupancy. <br />RESOLUTION: COMIVIENTS: <br /> <br />PAGE/SECTION REFERENCE: COMMENTS: <br />General Comment The applicant shall develop a ;Solid Waste for each site plan <br /> submitted as part of this project for review acid approval by <br /> Orange Gounty Solid Waste (regardless of permitting <br /> jurisdiction) during all phases of construction activity. <br /> Specifically, this plan should address how landclearing, <br /> demolition, and construction wastes will be disposed of and that <br /> recyclables and waste generation projections be considered in <br /> planning for waste collection services regardless of waste or <br /> recycling provider. Waste and Recycling generation <br /> calculations should take into consideration the highest waste <br /> generating activities allowed in each building in the zoning <br /> district. We recommend that this plan be initiated as soon as <br /> possible so that the collection of recyclables can be considered <br /> as the site plan is being developed. We recommend the <br /> applicant contact Solid Waste Staff at 918-2942 for assistance <br /> in developing fihe Solid Waste Management Plan. <br />RESOLUTION: COMMENTS: <br /> <br />
