Comments Page/Section Reference <br />. , Chapter 2, general <br />The proposed Buckhorn Village project is located within the Neuse River Basin and therefore <br />development is subject to the state's Neuse River Nutrient Sensitive Waters Managemenf <br />Strategy (NC 15A NCAC 26). Orange County Erosion Control Division has local delegated <br />authority to enforce these requirements, which includes both riparian buffer impacts and <br />stormwater requirements. Stream buffers are <br />required under both the Neuse rules and the County's Zoning ordinance (Section 6.23.7, <br />Stream Buffers, as amended on May 20, 2003).
