I do not foresee any issues. <br />o Ren: Terry covered it. <br />o Chuck Edwards: <br />® This is a significant project. <br />® Procedurally we will be involved with driveway permits and <br />encroachment agreements. <br />We need a final TIA document. <br />® Sixty (60) to ninety (90) days are required to review the project. <br />We do not have a final draft of the document so that we can review <br />lt. <br />There will be phasing involved with this project and we need to be <br />involved in determitin_g this from the early stages,of the process. <br />® There will need to be some effort made to align driveways along <br />the roadway to avoid traffc problems. <br />m TIA needs to be weekday and weekend traffic analysis.
