They are <br />indicated as being present within. the body of the meeting notes * ~~ <br />Craig: General comments/thanks for coming: <br />® Application submitted on December 21,2007 <br />® Flea Market property (as well as other surrounding properties) <br />® Rezoning/Planned Development- application (rezoning and Special Use Permit <br />requests) <br />® Regulated by EDD Manual standards and design concepts/suggestions (?) <br />® Permitted uses are somewhat of an issue -switch to the PD designation in order <br />to get proposed project as submitted (multiple uses) -this process allows the <br />applicant to establish/set acceptable uses for this properly/development <br />® This process creates, essentially a new zoning district, that will regulate the <br />overall development of the property <br />® Admittedly this is a very general plan -not very specific guidelines -master <br />planning occurs throughout the narrative -this is what we will use to develop any <br />and all appropriate standards <br />® We need an explanation of phasing (i.e. if you are developing District I what <br />improvements are going to have to be done in District II and III for access, <br />stormwater, utilities,. etc) <br />0 Utilities (we need some idea if Mebane can supply water/sewer service) <br />a Explanation of the various processes (i.e. rezoning as a legislative process and a <br />SUP request as a quasi judicial process) <br />Conditions are going to be important -you need to identify issues/special <br />.information that will be necessary in processing this request or reviewing future <br />site plans <br />1 <br />
