Furthermore, the parties agree that the written Lease, as amended and/or modified by this <br />written Amendment, being the sole, complete and exclusive statement of the terms of the parties' agreement, <br />is exclusive of any course of performance, course of dealing or usage of trade. <br />8. Governing Law.
