Outline the major activities the agency will employ to attain the Anticipated Outcomes <br /> below,by June 30,2015. <br /> • Donation Station Program: Support the operations for the Donation Stations in Orange County, <br /> helping to connect fresh local food with hunger relief agencies <br /> • Farm to Pantry Program: Create a matching fund for hunger relief agencies to make food <br /> purchases <br /> • Farm to Pantry Program: Connect local farms with social service agency clients to get fresh food <br /> in with their shelf-stable foods <br /> Anticipated Outcomes <br /> The Anticipated Results column must include quantifiable results in the form of number of persons/units served within Orange <br /> County.only (all Towns and municipalities).
