Zoning Atlas Amendment-To review an application seeking to rezone an <br /> 37 approximately 12 acre parcel of property located at 5908 US 70 East in Eno <br /> 38 Township from Economic Development Eno Low Intensity (EDE-1); Economic <br /> 39 Development Eno High Intensity (EDE-2); and Lower Eno Protected Watershed <br /> 40 Protection Overlay to Economic Development Eno High Intensity (EDE-2) and Lower <br /> 41 Eno Protected Watershed Protection Overlay. <br /> 42 <br /> 43 Michael Harvey said this item is not a special use permit, but is a legislative action to <br /> 44 review a re-zoning request.
