This hearing is not intended to solicit additional input from the public <br /> or the applicant. While the BOCC may ask staff questions related to the review of a given item, <br /> comments from the public shall not be solicited. <br /> BACKGROUND: This item was presented at the February 24, 2014 Quarterly Public Hearing <br /> where staff indicated the property owners, Mrs. and Mr. Donna and Donald Easterlin, have <br /> applied to rezone an approximately 12 acre parcel of property located at 5908 US 70 East in <br /> Eno Township: <br /> FROM: Economic Development Eno Low Intensity (EDE-1); Economic Development <br /> Eno High Intensity (EDE-2); and Lower Eno Protected Watershed Protection <br /> Overlay. <br /> TO: Economic Development Eno High Intensity (EDE-2) and Lower Eno Protected <br /> Watershed Protection Overlay. <br />
