Box 8181 <br />Hillsborough, NC 27278 VIA HAND DELIVERY <br />Subject: Status of approved roads in Cameron Estates subdivision <br />Ms. Lincoln: <br />Cameron Estates subdivision (formerly Burke's Meadow, Phase 2 and Governor's Downs, Phase <br />2) is located in the Town of Hillsborough's Extratemtorial Jurisdiction. The. Preliminary Plan for <br />the original subdivision (then Governor's Dawns} was approved by the Town Bvard of <br />Commissioners on July 10,1995. At that time, the roads shown in the subdivision were reviewed <br />by the North Carolina Department of Transportation and approved by the Town as public streets. <br />Please let me know if you have any further questions regarding this matter.
