Gordon, <br />Earl McKee, Bernadette Pelissier, and Renee Price <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: Mark Dorosin and Penny Rich <br />COUNTY ATTORNEYS PRESENT: <br />COUNTY STAFF PRESENT: Interim County Manager Michael Talbert, Assistant County <br />Manager Clarence Grier, Cheryl Young and Clerk to the Board Donna Baker (All other staff <br />members will be identified appropriately below) <br />BOARD OF HEALTH MEMBERS PRESENT: Chair Corey Davis, Vice Chair, Susan Elmore, <br />Tony Whitaker, Paul Chelminski, Liska Lackey, Michael Wood and Nick Galvez <br />BOARD OF HEALTH MEMBERS ABSENT: Sam Lasris <br />BOARD OF HEALTH STAFF PRESENT: Health Director Colleen Bridger, Tersee Flores <br />Donna King, Pam McCall, Dr. Michael Day, Stacy Shelp, Meredith Stewart, Coby Austin, Alan <br />Clapp, Zach Lampron and Anna Spier <br />The meeting was called to order at 5:45. <br />1. Welcome from the Chairs <br />Chair Jacobs welcomed everyone and said the Commissioners are pleased to meet with <br />the Board of Health (BOH). He noted that Commissioner Pelissier currently serves on the <br />Board of Health. <br />BOH Chair Corey Davis expressed appreciation for the invitation to come and meet with <br />the Board of County Commissioners. <br />2.
