The snapshot identifies emerging <br /> issues and needs in human services and assists local <br /> funders set human services priorities. <br /> Jan Schopler, Chair of the Coordinating Council will <br /> present the 1994 Snapshot. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : The Manager recommends the Board receive the <br /> 1994 Snaphot of Human Services as <br /> information. <br />
