D. Findings <br /> 1. Overall <br /> Chart 1 compares the Orange County work force to the recruitment area labor <br /> force by race and sex as of November 1, 1994. This indicates: <br /> - Orange County's total utilization of minorities in the work force (28.8 percent) <br /> exceeds the availability of minorities in the recruitment area labor force(24.8 <br /> percent). <br /> - Orange County's total utilization of women in the work force (63.1 percent) <br /> exceeds the availability of women in the recruitment area labor force (48.3 <br /> percent). <br /> 2. By EEO Category <br /> Charts 2 and 3 compare the Orange County work force to the recruitment area <br /> labor force for minorities and women for each EEO category as of November 1, <br /> 1994.
