On the day after I mailed it, Mr. Horner kindly <br /> called me to acknowledge receipt and to me that the matters <br /> of my <br /> concern were more appropriately addressed by Mr. Lloyd's department. <br /> Accordingly, Mr. Homer told me he was passing my letter along to Mr. Lloyd <br /> on that day, April 21 st. <br /> As of today, I have received no further response. Like many letters prior to <br /> it, this letter sought relief from what I considered to be inequitable assessment <br /> of my partnership's property.
