Lot 1 shall receive access from the <br /> subdivision road. <br /> 2. The remaining 52 .29 acre parcel must meet the <br /> minimum road frontage requirements. <br /> A condition in the Resolution of Approval will <br /> require lot 1 to receive access from the <br /> subdivision road and the remaining 52.29 acre <br /> tract will meet the minimum frontage requirements <br /> on Henry Lane. <br /> Agency comments were received from Environmental <br /> Health, County Attorney, Soil & Water <br /> Conservation, Orange County Recreation & Parks <br /> and NCDOT. Applicable comments have been <br /> incorporated into the Resolution of Approval. <br /> The Planning Staff recommends approval of the <br /> Preliminary Plan for Flying W Estates subject <br /> to the conditions contained in the Resolution of <br /> Approval (an attachment to these minutes on <br /> pages ) . <br /> Rosemond asked if the road cuts through Lot #1. <br /> Kirk responded that Lot #1 is all on the north <br /> side of the road. There is property on the south <br /> side that will be added to the adjoining tract. <br /> Rosemond asked about the remaining 52.29 acres. <br /> The developer (L. M. Walker) responded that it is <br /> partially wooded and partially pasture. The <br /> intent is to use it for a horse pasture. She <br /> continued asking about further development. Mr. <br /> Walker responded that further development would <br /> depend on the outcome of this Plan. <br /> Barrows asked why Henry Lane is a stubout. Kirk <br /> responded that Henry Lane meets the access <br /> requirement for the remaining 52.29 acre tract. <br /> MOTION: Scott moved approval as recommended by the <br /> Planning with the Resolution of Approval. <br /> Seconded by Jobsis. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. <br />
