Prior to ndsivS the current impact fee level,we should identify other components of a <br /> compr+vheansive formula that will provide ixae and long-range solutions to this issue. <br /> 4. A comprehensive formula could kchWe the following components as well as other <br /> a, Property Tat(FAY G) <br /> b. Sales Tax <br /> 0. Pubic Gnurts(PSBF) <br /> d. Bonds <br /> e. Sliding Scale Impact Fee on all new development. <br /> f Ordinance Revisions. <br /> 1. School Facility requirement for large wjb development <br /> 2. School Board courtesy mview of major and minor subdivisions. <br /> g. Requiring zero base budgeting of both school districts. <br /> h. Undban School Budding Plans. <br /> i. Conft&Aim ofita-ldmd service fi m local covM&on aid sub�ctars. <br /> j. Private contributions and fundraisers(wa%Ue3 front school board initiatives). <br /> 5. We will need to review our recoinusended CIP on low it addresses this issue. <br /> I took for fmwesrd to our work session on March 30th. <br />
